This showcased synergy between characters , including abilities or gameplay that could only be used if other qualifying characters were on the field , like Bashful not being able to quest unless there were other Dwarfs in play

Hopefully, the reprint of the first set will alleviate this issue, and Im hoping Disney will ensure that Rise of the Floodborn has sufficient cards from the start so people will actually get a chance to play the game.
