While it might seem strange to use this Jellyfish as your commander, seeing as it forces you to help your opponents, the important thing here is that you get to choose who receives which benefits
So, rather than sending Tools and Stadiums to the discard pile, it instead sent them to the Lost Zone where your opponent wont be able to get to them through normal card recursion strategies
Doing things like Sunforgers activated ability for some cool instants or Flickerwisping cool enchantments to get them on different creatures would be a blast
