I'm skeptical, but I'm sure there are still Commander groups that love the sort of haymaker-style gameplay that makes The Temporal Anchor worth considering
You can just make him die in battle, be tributed, used for a fusion or synchro summon, discard it, or even detaching it from a Xyz monster
